چکیده

Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a spectrum of conditions caused by infection with the human virus (HIV). Among people AIDS, cases COVID-19 have been reported in many countries. (coronavirus disease 2019) severe acute respiratory coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). In this manuscript, we are going to present within-host COVID-19/AIDS coinfection model study dynamics and influence between AIDS. The six-dimensional delay differential equation that describes interaction uninfected epithelial cells, infected free SARS-CoV-2 particles, CD4+ T HIV-1 particles. We demonstrated proposed biologically acceptable proving positivity boundedness solutions. global stability analysis carried out terms basic reproduction number. Numerical simulations investigate if coinfected individuals poor immune response or low number then viral load cells will rise. On contrary, existence time delays can rise thus reducing within host.

Global Stability for a Heroin Model with Two Distributed Delays

In this paper, we consider global stability for a heroin model with two distributed delays. The basic reproduction number of the heroin spread is obtained, which completely determine the stability of equilibria. Using the direct Lyapunov method with Volterra type Lyapunov function, we show that the drug use-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable if the basic reproduction number is l...

A theoretical model of coinfection dynamics: Modeling competition dynamics between Borrelia burgdorferi and Anaplasma phagocytophilum within a human host

Though many mathematical models have been used in the field of epidemiology, few of them aim to predict the outcome of competitive coinfection dynamics within humans. This study created a theoretical model to analyze the competition dynamics between two the infectious bacteria, Borrelia burgdorferi and Anaplasma phagocytophilum, within a human host. Interactions between two bacterial species in...

Global Dynamics of an HIV Infection Model with Two Classes of Target Cells and Distributed Delays

We investigate the global dynamics of an HIV infection model with two classes of target cells and multiple distributed intracellular delays. The model is a 5-dimensional nonlinear delay ODEs that describes the interaction of the HIV with two classes of target cells, CD4 T cells and macrophages. The incidence rate of infection is given by saturation functional response. The model has two types o...

Global Dynamics of a Chemostat Competition Model with Distributed Delay

We study the global dynamics of n-species competition in a chemo-stat with distributed delay describing the time-lag involved in the conversion of nutrient to viable biomass. The delay phenomenon is modelled by the gamma distribution. The linear chain trick and a uctuation lemma are applied to obtain the global limiting behavior of the model. When each population can survive if it is cultured a...

Global dynamics of a cell mediated immunity in viral infection models with distributed delays

In this paper, we investigate global dynamics for a system of delay differential equations which describes a virus-immune interaction in vivo. The model has two distributed time delays describing time needed for infection of cell and virus replication. Our model admits three possible equilibria, an uninfected equilibrium and infected equilibrium with or without immune response depending on the ...
